The original painting of this historic home hangs in the Municipal Bldg. in North Augusta, SC. Sunshine Cottage was built in 1918 by owners who once enjoyed vacations at the Hampton Terrace Hotel before it burned down. The cottage was built very near the Hampton Terrace site, and has been remodeled.
