My original painting of this historic home hangs in the Municipal Bldg. of North Augusta, SC. Sunshine Cottage was built in 1918, after the Hampton Terrace Hotel tragically burned down. The builders of the home had been frequent guests at the Hampton, and the home is built near the location of the former famous hotel. I have only 3 prints available in this size.
